Christmas 2008

I got this cool Tonka truck from Uncle Peter that I love to push around.

I also like to ride inside my Tonka truck.

Here I am helping daddy unwrapping his gifts.

Mummy & daddy gave me this super awesome train table that should last me for years and years.

Since mummy is so pregnant with baby sister, we stayed home for Christmas and Gran came up to visit. I loved having so many people around to pay attention to me and hammed it up the whole time. For Christmas I got some very fun toys and really enjoyed helping everyone else unwrap their gifts.

Snow

Last weekend we had our first real snow that I can remember. We got a little over a foot in the course of 2 1/2 days, which meant a lot of shoveling for daddy. I went outside to help him and to play in the snow. I had a lot of fun, but I didn't really like getting the snow on my face.

Hang Time

I love hang time with daddy. The other day, he came home from work and we hung out on the couch eating salt & vinegar crisps and watching TV. This is the life!

Santa

Today mummy took me to have a picture with Santa. She figured since I don't have strange anxiety it should be fine. As you can see, things didn't go quite as planned.........

Thanksgiving

It was warm enough for oranges and babies in the trees.

At the Children's Museum there was a pretend submarine which was among my favorites.

Another favorite was the pretend fire truck. Although the siren didn't work, the lights did.

The police motorcycle was also pretty cool, and I think daddy enjoyed it almost as much as I did.

Sorry it's been so long since I last posted. Things have been pretty busy for us though. We ended up renting our house in Palatine and then combining all of our stuff from Palatine and Saugus to a great place in Reading. It all happened pretty quickly, but we're starting to settle in and make this new place home.

We did manage to sneak in a trip to Arizona to visit the grandpas for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately Grandpa A got really sick so we didn't get to see him. We did see Grandpa G, Marc, Uncle Peter and the dogs - Barny & Ralph.

Here are a few pictures from our trip......
