Xcaret

I sure am coming out of my shell huh? That's turtle shell in case you can't tell.

We saw sea turtles of all sizes. I was most interested in the little ones though and kept wanting to touch them.

I'm checking out the quails. As you can see the glow on my face, it was super hot, but I loved it!

See the baby quail hatching? I thought it was really neat to watch this miracle of life right before my eyes.

There were lots of wild lizards and iguanas. There were more iguanas, but the lizards were more colorful.

During our time at the park, the workers carried all the parrots across the park and then let them fly across the park back to their stands. There's nothing like 40 some odd parrots squawking overhead. Sure caught our attention.

One day, while in Mexico, we left the resort and went to this eco-park called Xcaret. It was like 700 degrees with 110% humidity and 1/2 mile an hour breeze, but there were lots of fun animals to see.
